To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and reliable part-time (half-day) employee for our office.

Your tasks

  • General office and administrative work
  • Support in correspondence with customers and suppliers
  • Telephone correspondence
  • Maintenance of data and documents
  • Support with organizational processes in day-to-day business

Your qualifications

  • Completed training as an office clerk / office management assistant or comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in the commercial sector desirable
  • Careful, structured and independent way of working
  • Friendly demeanor and ability to work in a team
  • Basic knowledge of English an advantage
  • Confident handling of the common MS Office applications
